Starting my morning off with a perfect cup of tea gets even better with a healthy and yummy breakfast to go with it. Here’s a quick idea for protein, fiber and the right touch of sweetness. Goes great with a mango Ceylon or English Breakfast. I like it with Silver Cloud white tea, too.
1 nectarine and 1 apple – cut in chunks; 1/2 c gluten free granola; 1/4 c sunflower seeds; 2 tbsp ground flaxseed. Mix above and top with 1 cup of almond or rice milk. Enjoy!
